David Grondin
President, CEO and Director

President, CEO and Director
David Grondin has worked in the financial and mining sectors for over 20 years. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of TomaGold since December 2011. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of NQ Exploration from October 2007 to May 2018 during the spin-off process that created Imperial Mining (TSXV: IPG) and AM Resources. He also acted as a financial analyst for CTI Capital Inc. from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Grondin has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (finance) from HEC Montréal and extensive experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and reverse takeovers.

Patrick Musampa
Chief Financial Officer

Member of the Chartered Professional Accountant of Québec (CPA) and the Association de l’Exploration Minière du Québec, Mr. Mpoyi Patrick Musampa, CPA, CGA holds a BA in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a graduate degree in accounting from the Université de Sherbrooke. During his career, Mr. Musampa has developed expertise in the mining sector by practicing accounting for several public companies. As an entrepreneur, he founded an accounting firm, MGM Resources Consulting Inc. which mainly provides mandates as Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller for mining companies in addition to providing accounting, corporate finance and tax services. Involved in the community, he is currently a member of Rotary Club of Old Montreal.

Adriana Shaw

Ms. Shaw is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Biominerales Colombia, a second-generation biodiesel production company in Colombia. Previously, Ms. Shaw held various positions with Destination Rewards, a company that provided customer loyalty, incentive and engagement solutions.

Dominic Voyer

Mr. Voyer has over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance, marketing and corporate management. He began his career in finance before becoming involved with a mining exploration company with nickel concessions in Quebec’s far north, and later with a management consulting firm specialized in project management, restructuring, analysis and improvement of business processes. This experience led him to manage a diversified group of companies operating in the financial, service, manufacturing, mining and real estate sectors. Most recently, Mr. Voyer has been involved in every aspect of the biofuels industry.

Diego Fernando Barragan

Mr. Barragan has extensive experience in the hospitality and management sector. His prior experience has played an instrumental role in his involvement with the mining sector. He was born in Cali, Colombia, into a family of political figures with a strong network of relationships with community leaders that started with his grandfather, Carlos Barragan (ex-senator, president and deputy of the house of representatives). Through both his father (a deputy) and grandfather, Mr. Barragan has learned to take a humanitarian approach combined with prudent action to ensure a successful mining venture. Mr. Barragan holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Florida Atlantic University and an associate in arts degree from Palm Beach State College.

Wayne Isaacs

Mr. Isaacs has had a 25-year career on Bay Street specializing in the resource sector, both as a corporate executive of resource companies and as an investment banker. This extensive experience has allowed him to successfully identify and acquire significant resource assets and secure the financing required to support exploration, development and mining activities for his operating and investee companies. He has been involved as a principal in 30 listed companies and has served as a director and/or senior officer for over 35 listed companies. Mr. Isaacs is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has held numerous securities certifications and licenses.
